The EZ-MAX® Plus Repair Clamp combines a unique wide-range stainless steel band with a patented EPDM gasket to provide excellent versatility and sealing. The waffle gasket features pressure assisted sealing rings that ensure a secure two-stage seal at line pressures up to 150 psi.
Torque loss is not an issue on the EZ-MAX® Plus because gasket flow is mimized. Cording reinforces the gasket and prevents it from flowing out from under the band. The superior performance of the gasket allows the repair clamp to have a rated pressure that does not decrease after installation.
