Hymax® Coupling and Flanged Adapter
Hymax® pipe couplings and Hymax Flanged Adapters are wide-range products that use a two-stage seal to contain pipe flows. One Hymax® fits all pipe types from IPS to AC. The Hymax® is available as a coupling, flanged adapter, meter adapter or meter bypass. The Standard Hymax Coupling is available in sizes from 1.5” to 12”, and the Large Diameter Hymax Coupling is available from 14 to 24” in diameter.

Hymax® Reducers and Long Body Couplings
Hymax® Reducing couplings and Hymax Long Body couplings are wide-range products that use a two-stage seal to contain pipe flows. The Hymax® Reducer allows for pipe transitions from one pipe diameter to the next in all pipe types from IPS to AC. The Long Body Hymax Coupling simplifies the pipe fitting process by providing more body length which allows the cut in to be made faster with less worry about pipe gap .Both Hymax® Reducing and Long Body Couplings are available from 2"-24" in diameter.

Dismantling Joints and Specialty Fittings
One of the newest products in our line is the Series 2600 Dismantling Joint. This product enables the user to simplify the pipe fitting process by providing two flanged ends with adjustability from end to end across the fitting. The Hyjoint Dismantling Joint is available in sizes from 3” to 24”. Total Piping Solutions, Inc. will help you with all of your pipe joining and repair needs. Hyjoint® Dedicated Range Coupling with NBR Gasket
The Hyjoint® repair coupling is a dedicated-range product with a double-acting NBR gasket. The Hyjoint® is intended for the primary joining of IPS diameter pipe and tubing, and it is ideally suited for industrial applications. It has a fusion bonded epoxy finish and stainless steel hardware.

Series 6000 Long Body Compression Fitting and Male Adapters
The Series 6000 Long Body Compression Fitting fits steel tubing and PVC pipe (IPS sizes). It is made from tested components including a reinforced NBR gasket and a galvanized body. The Compression Fitting installs in seconds and can be easily adapted to fit copper sizes. The Series 6100 Male Adapter parallels the compression fitting in design, only offers an IP treaded connection on one end.
